When a pipe lets go or a drain backs up, you don't need a sales pitch, you need a licensed technician at your door with the right parts on the truck. That's what we run in Gates every single day.
We built Street Wise - Plumbing around a simple idea: the plumber who shows up should be the same caliber of professional whether it's a leaking faucet or a full sewer line replacement. Every technician working under our name in Gates, OR is licensed, insured, and trained on the specific fixture ages and pipe materials common to homes here.
We've trained our team to diagnose the actual cause, not just patch the symptom. A slow drain in a Gates kitchen is rarely just the trap — it's often venting, slope, or a buildup problem further down the line, and we check all of it.
Our trucks are stocked before they leave the yard each morning, not after a customer calls — common valves, wax rings, supply lines, and fittings ride along so a Gates technician isn't making a parts-store run mid-repair.
A surprising number of the emergency calls we take in Gates started as something small three or four days earlier. Here's what tends to escalate fast.
A burst supply line or an overflowing toilet doesn't care what time it is, and neither do we. Our emergency crews carry shutoff tools, wet-vacs, and common repair parts so most emergency calls in Gates are resolved in a single visit.
Faucet replacements, garbage disposal swaps, toilet installs, and whole-house re-pipes — our residential division works on the full range of what a Gates home needs, not just the easy jobs.
Restaurants, offices, and retail spaces in Gates, OR can't afford extended downtime over a plumbing issue. Our commercial team is equipped for grease trap service, backflow testing, and multi-fixture repairs on a schedule that respects your operating hours.
Slow drains, recurring clogs, and sewer backups get diagnosed with real equipment — camera inspection and hydro-jetting — not guesswork. We'll show you exactly what's happening in the line before recommending a repair.
We repair and install both traditional tank and tankless water heaters, and we'll walk you through sizing so you're not overpaying for capacity you don't need.
Hidden slab leaks and wall leaks get located with acoustic and thermal detection equipment before we ever break into drywall or concrete, which keeps repair costs down.
Faucets, toilets, garbage disposals, and shower valves get installed to code, with old connections checked for corrosion rather than just reused out of convenience.
A live dispatcher takes your call, gets a read on the urgency, and starts routing the nearest available technician.

Once the fix is complete and tested, you get a written warranty — if something related fails, we come back and make it right.
You approve a flat price before we start — never a rate that climbs once the job's already underway.
Because our trucks are already staged around Gates, OR, we're rarely the "next week" plumber.
